Ingredients of Snacks Veg Cutlets:
- 3-4 Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed
- 1/4 cup Peas boiled and drained
- 2 tbsp French beans chopped finely
- 2 tbsp carrots chopped finely
- 2 tbsp cabbage finely chopped
- 1-2 tsp chilli ginger paste
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped finely
- to taste Salt
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- 3 tbsp bread crumbs or Rawa (suji)
- 1 tsp garam masala (optional)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Method for "Snacks Veg Cutlets":
- In a bowl mix boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes, boiled peas, grated carrots, grated cabbage, French beans and chopped Coriander leaves. Add chilli ginger paste, salt, garam masala and lemon juice and mix well.
- Add corn flour, breadcrumbs or Rawa to the.mixture to soak the.moisture of the vegetables.
- Mix well and divide the mixture into equal portions.
- Flatten each ball to make round cutlets.
- Spread the cutlets in the bread crumbs and fry them.in the hot oil.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
